Criminal report

In some cases, an illegal criminal prosecution may result from the criminal act of another person who may have committed, for example, a false accusation or other criminal act against the person concerned. The commission of a crime by some of the criminal proceedings authorities is also not excluded.

In such a case, the filing of a criminal report can be an effective form of defense, as, following its filing, the criminal porceedings authorities are obliged to properly investigate the matter.
