How we work

Key principles

Every case is unique and requires an individual approach. When providing legal assistance, I always strive for maximum efficiency. My goal is to find the best solution for the client and ensure they are fully informed at every stage of the proceedings.

The foundation of my work lies in these key principles:

  • I seek the most effective solution
For each client, I analyse all available options. It is essential to consider not only the legal but also the practical aspects of the situation. After thorough consideration, I present the available options to the client and recommend the most suitable course of action. However, the final decision always rests with the client.
  • I adapt strategies to the development of the case
I do not insist on a single solution. Situations often evolve. At the outset, a firm defence might make sense, but as the case progresses, a form of agreement or another type of diversion may prove more beneficial. And vice versa. Specific situations require specific solutions. I closely monitor developments and discuss them with the client so we can respond flexibly.
  • I communicate intensively with the client
I maintain regular contact with clients, often through phone calls where we discuss the details of the case. Effective defence requires not only legal analysis but also an understanding of the factual circumstances that only the client knows. I am always ready for prompt phone consultations or other quick responses.
  • I stay in contact with law enforcement authorities
I maintain close communication with the relevant authorities, particularly prosecutors and police officers. This cooperation allows for quicker and more efficient resolution of specific case issues.
  • I fully utilise my knowledge and experience
All the information I gather is combined with the legal knowledge and experience I have accumulated throughout my extensive practice. This comprehensive approach ensures that the defence is high-quality, well-rounded, and built on a solid foundation.

How the process of taking on a new client works:

The first step in establishing cooperation usually begins with the client reaching out to me. They can call or write to me, and I strive to respond as quickly as possible, typically connecting with them via a phone call. During this initial conversation, we discuss the basic details of their situation. The client provides me with the key facts, and based on my experience, I offer a preliminary perspective on possible courses of action. I also outline the time and financial requirements associated with the proposed approach. This consultation is non-binding and serves to give the client a basic understanding of what to expect.

If the client decides to work with me, I prepare a draft agreement for the provision of legal services. This document includes all the essential terms of our cooperation. I ensure the client receives the draft with enough time to review it thoroughly. I always emphasise that they can contact me at any time if any part of the agreement is unclear or if they have any additional questions. I place great importance on ensuring that the client has all the necessary information and feels comfortable and informed throughout our collaboration.

Once the client approves the agreement and everything is clear, we begin working intensively on their case. All subsequent steps are carried out according to our agreement and in line with the plan we have established together. I make sure that communication remains consistent and that the client always has up-to-date information on the progress of their case.

This process not only allows me to gather the necessary information for successfully handling the case but also helps build the trust that is essential for an effective defence. The client can rely on receiving highly professional and personalised service.
